EPR FOR PLASTIC

Plastic Waste EPR

As per the regulations issued in Plastic Waste Management Rules 2016 all producers, brand owners, resellers, importers manufacturers of plastic are liable for safe disposal post-consumer use or ‘end of life’. Thus, to ensure the right disposal is achieved producers may collaborate with Waste Management Agency (WMA) in order to establish a distinctive collection channel for their Plastic Waste. This is further done by WMA’s tie ups with Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) / Municipalities. Rekart is already a trusted name working with a very transparent and traceable ULB endorsed model. We have collaborated with numerous ULBs across India for over 88 leading brands in Indian Markets. We also have tie ups with 37+ Cement factories and Waste to Energy Plant to collect and dispose off municipality plastic waste.
