The Meth-ChemX™ (MTX) Refinery represents significant advancement in biogas purification for the purpose of replacing conventional fuels.
The refinery utilizes proprietary chemical scrubbing technology to elevate raw biogas to an exceptional purity level of 99.99%.
How it works?
Meth-ChemX™ has a specially engineered catalytic treatment process to allow such high level refinement of biogas. What this does is effectively remove contaminants such as carbon dioxide (CO₂) and hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) from biogas while preserving over 99% of the valuable methane content, which then makes the purified biogas a realistic replacement to conventional fuels. The MTX Refinery is made much more eco-friendly with its catalyst regeneration capability. What this essentially means is that unlike traditional systems that require regular replacement of consumable materials, the MTX system regenerates its catalyst.
This allows for continuous reuse, like a loop system and thus, minimizes operational costs and environmental impact by decreasing waste generation.
